By accessing the viptools website or using any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the viptools platform.

To access real-money games and services on viptools, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the viptools platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Account Closure: You may request closure of your viptools account at any time by contacting our support team. Outstanding balances will be processed in accordance with our withdrawal procedures, subject to any applicable verification requirements.

All financial transactions on the viptools platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: viptools currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Supported payment methods may change from time to time at viptools' discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet transactions (GCash, PayMaya) and ₱500 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Currency: All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and winnings are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). viptools does not currently support foreign currency transactions.
• Fees: viptools does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which viptools bears no responsibility.

viptools reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

viptools offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. viptools reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any player from any promotion without prior notice.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or viptools staff through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your viptools account on your behalf.
